Willa Schneideman

Hi, I’m Willa! I graduated from Reddam House in 2024. During my HSC studies, I achieved Band 6 results across Standard Mathematics, Standard English, Visual Arts, Geography and Drama.

I am currently studying Primary Education at The University of Sydney, combining my passion for teaching with my love of working with children. Alongside my studies, I tutor younger students through Rose Bay Learning and genuinely enjoy watching their confidence and personalities grow over time. I babysit regularly for many families and have also worked as an au pair for a Sydney-based family over the past three years, travelling with them during school holidays.

These valuable work experiences have helped me to gain a better understanding of supporting children in different environments. I pride myself on having a high level of emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for understanding and supporting young students. I strive to create a positive and encouraging environment where children feel heard, supported, and empowered to develop their learning.
